Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Siding Estimator supporting U.S.-based construction projects.
- Proven experience estimating residential and/or commercial siding projects.
- Strong understanding of U.S. construction methods and practices.
- Ability to accurately interpret architectural plans, exterior elevations, specifications, and construction scopes.
- Experience preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and bid estimates.
- Proficient in estimating software such as PlanSwift and Bluebeam.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material estimates for residential and commercial siding projects.
- Calculate labor costs and develop competitive bid proposals.
- Read and interpret U.S. architectural plans, exterior elevations, and construction scopes.
- Coordinate with project managers, sales teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project accuracy and profitability.
- Manage multiple estimating projects simultaneously to meet established deadlines.
