Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
- Strong understanding of U.S. construction methods and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural plans, Structural drawings, Construction specifications, and Bid documents.
- Experience preparing quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Microsoft Excel, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and pricing analyses.
- Collaborate with project managers, preconstruction teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure estimates are competitive, accurate, and submitted within established deadlines.
- Interpret U.S. construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a remote environment.
