Requirements

- Proven track record of leading and closing complex partnerships in hardware, consumer electronics, or audio technology.
- Comfortable navigating technical tradeoffs and partner integration challenges.
- Technically proficient to engage credibly on product and technology topics.
- Experience leveraging data and AI tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to shape broader partnership portfolios.
- Deep familiarity with agreements and frameworks such as NDAs, licensing structures, and distribution deals.
- Experience leading contractual negotiations and operationalizing agreements.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to collaborate with partners in GMT timezone.
- Flexible for periodic travel for client meetings, events, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic hardware and audio technology partnerships.
- Contribute to defining and executing the long-term partnership strategy.
- Lead negotiations for contractual agreements covering business and technical terms.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Audio teams to ensure integration quality and performance standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations across business, marketing, product, and engineering functions.
- Interface regularly with global teams and coordinate internal cross-functional efforts.
- Use data and AI-driven insights to improve partner integrations and user experience.
- Advance Spotify’s position in hardware/audio ecosystems through new technical integrations.
