Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security, specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of AI development lifecycle and frameworks including Langchain, OpenAI, and Anthropic (Claude).
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation patterns, AI agent design, and secure AI implementation.
- Deep working knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Experience with Microsoft Entra identity services, including SSO, SCIM, conditional access, and cloud identity governance.
- Knowledge of secrets management concepts and platforms like HashiCorp Vault.
- Experience leveraging scripting, APIs, and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment regarding AI-assisted security recommendations.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of robust IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Microsoft Entra, Silverfort, and related technologies.
- Maintain IAM strategies and roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Configure, administer, and support IAM platforms and integrate them with enterprise applications, cloud services, and access request workflows.
- Develop and support automation for access request support, provisioning issue triage, and lifecycle event processing using scripting, APIs, and identity datasets.
- Design and deploy secure AI-assisted workflows and retrieval-augmented tools to enhance identity administration, governance visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor IAM systems for vulnerabilities and anomalous patterns while conducting regular audits and control validation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate security requirements into actionable, compliant, and data-driven IAM solutions.
