Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy products.
- Proven experience designing AI/agentic user experiences beyond simple chat interfaces.
- Experience with asynchronous task monitoring, AI transparency, and multi-step automation workflows.
- Strong experience designing for complex data visualization and content-heavy systems.
- Experience working across React, Salesforce, and Microsoft ecosystems.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or Bolt.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead how users interact with autonomous AI agents.
- Design human-in-the-loop systems that provide visibility into AI reasoning.
- Architect dashboards and workflows for content-heavy, data-rich environments.
- Extend and maintain the design system based on UntitledUI.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes in tools such as Figma or Bolt.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
