Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HRIS experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Experience supporting HR system integrations, file feeds, and vendor interfaces.
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines, multiple stakeholders, and time-sensitive deliverables.
- Experience administering or supporting HR technology platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, including validating large data sets and performing reconciliations.
- Demonstrated success driving process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between key stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support end-to-end system delivery for various processes including the planning, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live readiness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support integrations between the core HRIS system, vendors and downstream systems.
- Ensure integrations and system configurations meet data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a system administrator across various platforms, including configuration, user access management, and maintenance.
- Manage system updates, enhancements, and releases.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee experience.
