Requirements
- Broad knowledge and proficiency in NEC Housing Solution, including configuration and module implementation.
- Previous exposure to Housing environments such as Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
- Experience in consultancy, including direct customer interaction and application of project methodologies.
- Strong ability to problem-solve in demanding circumstances.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think end-to-end across the whole solution.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the full solution specific to the customer by understanding how all parts work together.
- Make and own cross-module design decisions and resolve solution conflicts.
- Ensure consistency across system modules by identifying and addressing issues early.
- Translate business policy into system behavior and highlight risks between policy and design.
- Provide leadership to customers and teams as the functional authority for complex issues.
- Assure delivery quality by overseeing testing and deciding when a solution is ready for go-live.
