Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing high-performing teams in HR.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Strong self-management and organizational skills for remote work.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during Eastern Time.
- Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
