Requirements
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Project Operations).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Microsoft Fabric.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Integration Services, Logic Apps, DevOps).
- Experience with AI & Intelligent Automation (Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI).
- Expertise in AI Agents & Workflow Automation Solutions.
- Legacy expertise in Dynamics AX, NAV, and CRM is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on global project delivery for Microsoft partners and ISVs.
- Apply technical expertise across Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Business Central, or Customer Engagement.
- Implement solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Develop and integrate solutions using Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Leverage AI and automation tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI.
