Job Details

Minimum of 10 years in technology roles such as Solution Architect, AI/Cloud Architect, Modern Work Architect, App Development Lead, or Data & AI Architect.
Proven track record in presales or sales engineering for professional services, including discovery and SOW creation.
Deep expertise in the Microsoft Cloud (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Fabric, Entra, Purview, Defender).
Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI and Microsoft agent stack (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent 365).
Strong understanding of enterprise AI governance, Zero Trust security, and responsible AI practices.
Financial acumen related to pricing, deal economics, and business case development.
Excellent communication and executive presence for C-level consulting.
Experience with consultative frameworks for AI strategy and readiness assessments.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are desirable.

Build relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, CISO) to identify AI opportunities.
Lead discovery and readiness workshops to assess client Microsoft estates and AI adoption maturity.
Define future-state Microsoft AI architectures across Modern Work, Azure, Application Development, and Data & AI.
Shape enterprise AI strategy, focusing on Agent 365 governance, security, and lifecycle management.
Create professional services proposals and detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
Collaborate with technical SMEs to validate feasibility, staffing, and project delivery approaches.
Support sales teams in executive presentations and win-strategy development.
