Responsibilities
- Onboard new merchants to the Skio platform.
- Provide technical best practices support for custom-built solutions.
- Resolve technical challenges encountered by merchants.
- Migrate customer and subscription data from external platforms to Skio.
- Perform Shopify theme edits and storefront integrations to ensure seamless brand experience.
