Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, field marketing, or demand generation within B2B enterprise software.
- Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline and business impact.
- Experience leading multi-channel marketing programs across global and regional teams.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with senior leaders across product, sales, and strategy.
- Experience leading global marketing initiatives while partnering with regional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing marketing teams while remaining hands-on.
- Experience defining success metrics, measuring performance, and using data to optimize programs.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive integrated marketing strategy for Development Cloud across North America.
- Partner with strategy, sales, product marketing, and regional teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Lead planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, ABM, events, executive programs, webinars).
- Develop annual integrated marketing plans in partnership with the Europe marketing team.
- Collaborate across corporate marketing, product marketing, and regional teams to ensure coordinated execution.
- Measure marketing performance, evaluate business impact, and optimize programs.
