Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including setting objectives and monitoring performance.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Deep commitment to advancing sustainable and ethical practices within the food system.

Lead strategic initiatives that accelerate adoption of balanced proteins across retail and foodservice.
Manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives spanning research, pilots, communications, and partnerships.
Build and manage relationships with manufacturers, retailers, foodservice operators, distributors, and other strategic partners.
Design, launch, and oversee pilot programs with retail, foodservice, and institutional partners.
Translate research findings into compelling narratives, case studies, and practical implementation resources.
Support fundraising and business development through contributions to proposals and strategic partnerships.
