Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6 or more years of related Civil Engineering experience.
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
- Experience with regulatory approvals.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to travel for in-office activities, client, and site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare planning and design documents in appropriate engineering discipline.
- Perform process design calculations, cost estimates, and economic analyses for alternatives.
- Develop or assist with project scope, schedules, budget reviews, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate projects with internal teams and external clients, including attending meetings.
- Maintain project records, correspondence, and drawings.
- Assist with marketing, business development, and proposal writing.
- Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of assistant, associate, and technical staff.
- Perform independent work on complex projects and serve as project manager on small projects.
