Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management for large construction projects.
- Minimum of 1 year of exposure to the solar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and project management tools.
- Strong financial acumen and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license.
- PMP certification (highly preferred).
- OSHA 30hr certification (preferred).
- Experience with piping system commissioning (plus).
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for project execution on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive all deliverables to completion within agreed timelines, coordinating between multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor project financials to ensure adherence to approved budgets and provide early warnings for cost variances.
- Serve as the primary contact for client communication, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Manage scope adjustments while safeguarding project integrity.
- Implement standardized processes and monitor adherence to safety and sustainability standards.
- Identify potential risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
