- Deep expertise in UX/UI design with experience showcasing shipped work.
- Proven ability to operate at the product strategy level.
- Exceptional execution skills in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in modern design tooling.
- Fluency with front-end development.
- Comfort using AI tools for research, exploration, and workflow improvement.
- Genuine interest in financial products.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate design vision for Flex's most critical and complex product initiatives.
- Establish a north star for the consumer experience and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap through high-quality design work.
- Own the design process end-to-end on flagship initiatives from research to final execution.
- Build detailed prototypes to inform product decisions.
- Utilize AI tools across the design lifecycle for exploration, prototyping, and workflows.
- Partner with design leadership, product, and engineering to shape product direction.
- Advocate for design thinking and user-centered principles across the company.
- Establish and evolve design standards, processes, and patterns.
- Provide mentorship and craft feedback to designers.
