Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in equity research, financial modeling, or accounting
- Strong financial modeling skills and sector understanding
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and deliver accurate outputs
- Leadership traits and/or experience training or mentoring peers
- Proven ability to support client service and contribute to team strategy
- Must be able to work in the PST timezone
- Progress towards CFA, CPA or MBA is preferred
Responsibilities
- Update three-statement financial models for publicly traded companies’ earnings reports
- Build and support the review of detailed three-statement financial models for publicly traded companies
- Contribute to sub-sector-specific and/or coverage wide model improvements
- Develop sector expertise to support the development of modeling standards, dashboards for comparative analysis, and new model features
- Document modeling best practices
- Support Analysts in providing exceptional client service to all users
- Conduct other ad-hoc general research and other company due diligence
- Participate in training new members of the Research Team
