Requirements
- 8+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical role.
- 2+ years operating at a senior analyst level.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Expert-level SQL proficiency.
- Strong Python skills for statistical work.
- Advanced Looker or comparable BI tool experience (LookML, dashboard design).
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Working knowledge of experimentation design and causal inference.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions from a central analytics team.
- Ability to mentor and influence without formal authority.
- Comfort working with sensitive patient and healthcare information.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analyses on high-stakes, ambiguous business questions.
- Design dashboards and reporting frameworks for stakeholder self-service.
- Set the bar for analytical rigor, methodology, and documentation.
- Apply statistical methods and causal inference to sharpen conclusions.
- Partner with leadership to identify data-driven opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Collaborate with analytics engineers on data modeling and warehouse design.
- Mentor analysts on technique and business judgment.
- Translate findings into clear language for diverse audiences.
