Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Proven track record of effectively handling ambiguity, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities.
- Interest in data centers, energy infrastructure, commercial real estate, or large-scale development projects.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders (up to 25% of the time).
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives that enable company growth, spanning new market entry, data center development processes, and operational improvements
- Assist in tracking project schedules, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables across multiple active projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with teams including Real Estate, Energy, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Development, and Strategy.
- Assist with organizing project documentation, maintaining trackers, and improving internal processes.
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and project management processes.
- Gain exposure to negotiations, commercial discussions, land development activities, and strategic decision-making.
- Perform additional project-related responsibilities and special assignments as requested by management.
