Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable analytical role.
- Strong research, quantitative analysis, and business-writing skills.
- Demonstrated project or program coordination experience.
- Ability to produce first drafts with light direction.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, slides, and document creation tools.
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed.
- Poised and credible in client-facing and executive settings.
- Availability of 15–20 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week project.
- Ability to travel to Phoenix, AZ twice during the project.
Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder interviews during onsite sessions.
- Design, administer, and analyze stakeholder/market surveys.
- Conduct secondary market and competitive research to build current-state baselines.
- Draft findings, regional memos, and sections of the final strategy document.
- Prepare board-ready materials for executive outbriefs.
- Own the engagement schedule and workplan across four project phases.
- Track progress against client milestones and report risks.
- Maintain action logs, status reports, and document/data room version control.
