Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Sales mindset and metrics-driven approach.
- Outgoing personality with professional communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Must live in New Jersey.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.
- Ability to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while managing heavy inbound call flow from marketing leads.
- Discuss window and door needs with potential customers.
- Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.
- Document and track all appointments accurately per company standards.
- Multitask through various systems while maintaining high call volume.
