Requirements
- Prior experience working in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
- Ability to travel over 70% of the work year.
- Ideally located within 30 minutes of an international airport.
- Comfort working in-person in medical and surgical environments.
- Proficiency with word processing and presentation software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated accountability, proactive follow-up, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proven capability to maintain professionalism and performance while traveling.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site product implementations and clinical training for clinicians and sales representatives.
- Monitor account health and drive ongoing product utilization within assigned regions.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with sales presentations, deal progression, and CRM pipeline management.
- Plan and execute trade show logistics, including booth setup and lead generation.
- Gather and document customer feedback to support the New Product Development team.
- Lead annual residency turnover training sessions including cadaver training.
- Coordinate customer meetings, demos, quoting, and order fulfillment.
