Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manual software testing concepts.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Ability to create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Experience with defect reporting processes.
- Basic knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and testing processes quickly.
- Willingness to participate in a technical readiness evaluation.
- Exposure to Jira or similar defect-management tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual software testing activities for various web and software applications.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on requirements.
- Document and report defects using industry-standard defect-management tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to testing process improvements.
