Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, IT, or a related area.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, test cases, and defect reporting.
- Familiarity with Manual Testing concepts.
- Exposure to Jira, SQL, API Testing, or Automation Testing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to complete a technical readiness assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual software testing including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Write and execute comprehensive test cases.
- Identify and report software defects.
- Work within Jira and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Conduct API and database validation.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams.
- Engage in basic automation testing.
