Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, manual testing, automated testing, and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience supporting system testing, regression testing, UAT, and production validation.
- Experience creating and executing automated test cases and scripts.
- Proficiency with accessibility testing and 508 compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, particularly SAFe Agile environments.
- Proven ability to work effectively in remote teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement discussions and analyze business and functional needs.
- Develop detailed system and field-level test cases covering workflows and back-end requirements.
- Prepare test data for system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Execute manual test cases and develop automated test scripts using UFT.
- Identify, document, and validate defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Conduct production validation testing to confirm successful releases.
