Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management or operations, implementation leadership, consulting, or delivery management within healthcare, software, or technology-enabled services.
- Experience working with health plans, health systems, or other healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrated success owning the performance and delivery of complex solutions or programs from strategy through execution.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing experience, including executive communication, stakeholder management, and managing priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs.
- Strong technical and operational aptitude, including an understanding of operational workflows, system integrations, data flows, and configuration-driven platforms.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- A bias toward action with the ability to build scalable processes and deliver measurable business impact.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Cohere's inpatient program across multiple health plan clients, from contract signature through implementation, optimization, and ongoing operations.
- Serve as the single-threaded owner responsible for coordinating execution across Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Analytics, and Client Experience.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate client and business needs into product requirements and influence roadmap prioritization.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Analytics to define clinical and AI program strategy, gather requirements, configure solutions, and continuously monitor and optimize performance.
- Partner with Client Experience to identify opportunities to increase client value realization, track key performance metrics, and communicate program outcomes.
- Establish and lead the operating cadence for the inpatient platform, driving accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
