Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Expertise in Python and SQL with a focus on writing reusable, scalable code.
- Proven experience identifying anomalies in complex datasets and creating clear visualizations.
- Strong first-principles thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical trade-offs.
- Experience working effectively within a diverse, dynamic, and cross-cultural team.
- Strong ownership mindset and data-driven approach to work.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to enhance QA, automation, and analysis while validating all outputs.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in written and remote settings.
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS domains is preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Document, report, and perform root-cause analysis of prediction issues end to end.
- Analyze ingested and system-generated data to identify and resolve anomalies and gaps.
- Surface patterns behind issues and propose improvements to QA processes or automation.
- Build reusable, scalable workflows for performance/accuracy reviews and data visualization using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to implement system-level data fixes and model improvements.
- Provide data insights to Customer Operations and Marketing teams regarding accuracy, performance, and real-time events.
- Maintain and manage internal and customer-facing dashboards.
