Requirements
- 5 years of licensing, compliance, or regulatory experience, ideally related to consumer financial services.
- Proven project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Outstanding time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and overlapping projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly focused with the ability to make independent decisions and work with limited supervision.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift.

Responsibilities
- Support new product & service launches related to state licensing and reporting including money transmission, servicing/collections, lending, and international expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, and tax to meet regulatory licensing and reporting obligations.
- Maintain the central repository for licensing and reporting obligations for new license types including workflows and regulatory guidance.
- Collaborate with the Licensing team to interpret, prepare, and submit state licensing annual reports, MSB call reports, and other regulatory obligations.
- Ensure timely regulatory filings, monitor licensing issues, and supervise ongoing regulatory obligations in the licensing management tool.
- Lead ongoing preparation of renewal applications and other forms to be filed in various licensing jurisdictions.
- Collaborate on NMLS licensing, reporting, and other regulatory filings.
- Analyze and develop new processes, leveraging AI, to increase efficiency within the licensing program.
