Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Economics, Business, or Public Policy.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or related regulated industries.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams or programs with accountability for delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Deep understanding of Demand Side Management, program design, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of market transformation principles and midstream program delivery.
  • Proven capability to manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels and manage complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and performance trends.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and performance dashboards.
  • Demonstrated strength in evaluating trade-offs and managing subcontractors or delivery partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to align program priorities and ensure coordinated execution across teams.

  • Monitor profitability and lead contract management to meet program budgets and savings goals.
  • Mentor and coach staff to build organizational capability and reinforce operational standards.
  • Manage strategic client relationships and advise on program performance and direction.
