Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Economics, Business, or Public Policy.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or related regulated industries.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams or programs with accountability for delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Deep understanding of Demand Side Management, program design, and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of market transformation principles and midstream program delivery.
- Proven capability to manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels and manage complex, ambiguous situations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and performance trends.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and performance dashboards.
- Demonstrated strength in evaluating trade-offs and managing subcontractors or delivery partners.
Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve implementation frameworks and quality standards to ensure scalable program success.
- Partner with leadership to align program priorities and ensure coordinated execution across teams.
- Design operational strategies to improve resource allocation, delivery efficiency, and quality.
- Analyze performance trends, market conditions, and risks to inform strategic adjustments.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand service offerings and increase market impact.
- Develop cost estimates, staffing plans, and delivery timelines for client engagements.
- Monitor profitability and lead contract management to meet program budgets and savings goals.
- Mentor and coach staff to build organizational capability and reinforce operational standards.
- Manage strategic client relationships and advise on program performance and direction.
