Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience building production backend applications at a Software Engineer II level.
- Strong Java expertise utilizing the Spring Boot framework.
- Robust experience designing REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience working with both SQL and NoSQL database paradigms.
- Proven experience deploying and managing services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Direct, practical experience integrating production-grade AI models or LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini).
- Proven track record taking features through deployment, active monitoring, and production debugging.
- Fluent English skills for daily technical collaboration and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend applications and RESTful APIs utilizing Java and the Spring Boot framework.
- Deploy, manage, and scale microservices on AWS, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Seamlessly embed production-grade LLMs (such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini) into backend workflows to power intelligent product features.
- Architect and manage data layers using SQL and NoSQL technologies to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for features, guiding them through deployment, active monitoring, troubleshooting, and production debugging.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, ensuring best practices in architecture, testing, and system reliability.
