Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience with Python development, especially using frameworks such as Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), FastAPI, or similar technologies.
- Experience building scalable web applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of asynchronous processing, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda Functions, and Serverless Framework.
- Proficiency with Git and good practices for version control and commit organization.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of backend architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience working with relational databases, ORM concepts, migrations, and query optimization.
- Experience creating automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using tools such as Pytest, unittest, Playwright, and mocking frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, automated deployments, and cloud environment monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including product, design, front-end, QA, and DevOps professionals, to deliver efficient and user-focused solutions.
- Design and implement secure APIs and integrations, ensuring performance, stability, and consistency of data and processes.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and modern architecture practices.
- Build solutions focused on reliability, availability, and high-quality user experiences.
- Implement monitoring strategies and automated tests to ensure system quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate in technical roadmap discussions, identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and proposing improvements.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of technical architectures, development standards, and engineering practices.
- Apply clean code principles, design patterns, and best practices to create maintainable and testable solutions.
- Continuously improve existing systems, processes, and development workflows.
- Take ownership of backend solutions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliveries.
