Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN
- 1+ year of experience providing abortion and reproductive healthcare
- Active RN state licensure in CA, CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA or compact state
- Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
- Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care
- Ability to navigate clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with online clinical tools and technology
- Commitment to reproductive justice
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical support to patients undergoing medication abortion
- Respond to patient medical questions and concerns through chat and virtual visits
- Deliver timely triage and clinical assessments
- Provide patient-specific nursing guidance
- Ensure culturally responsive and evidence-based patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation per organizational policies
