Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Prior clinical experience in sexual and reproductive health preferred.
- Commitment to health equity, patient autonomy, and trauma-informed care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stock clinical supplies.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient admissions, assessments, counseling, and recovery room duties according to protocols.
- Administer and dispense prescribed non-controlled medications and perform point-of-care testing.
- Insert and remove IV catheters.
- Provide RN-led family planning visits and support for medication abortion care.
- Respond to triage-related nursing tasks and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
- Conduct clinical audits and maintain knowledge of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
