Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
- Solid and demonstrable experience developing solutions with Power BI.
- Mastery of DAX and data modeling in Power BI.
- Advanced SQL experience, including complex queries, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Experience working with Oracle / PL/SQL.
- Experience designing dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
- Experience working with large-volume datasets.
- Knowledge of ETL / data integration processes.
- Capacity to analyze data quality problems and establish validation mechanisms.
- Advanced English proficiency to collaborate with international teams.
- Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Software, IT, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Build efficient and scalable data models for reporting and analysis needs.
- Develop metrics, calculations, and business logic using DAX.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries to improve performance of reports and data extraction processes.
- Consolidate information from multiple sources including SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, and CSV.
- Participate in the design and maintenance of data integration and transformation (ETL) processes.
- Analyze information quality discrepancies and propose remediation mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
