Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing enterprise Business Intelligence and analytics solutions.
- Expert-level Tableau development experience, including dashboard development, performance optimization, and server administration.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience building and optimizing custom data sources.
- Professional experience working with Snowflake as a reporting and analytics platform.
- Strong understanding of BI UX, dashboard design, and data storytelling techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive dashboards and KPIs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
- Ability to maintain daily overlap with the US team until at least 12:30 PM Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production Tableau dashboards and scorecards using curated Snowflake data sources.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards, wireframes, KPIs, and visual analytics.
- Design dashboards for executive leadership, operational teams, finance, and clinical stakeholders.
- Develop reusable, certified Tableau data sources and optimize workbook performance.
- Publish and manage content within Tableau Cloud/Server, including permissions and alerts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and conduct dashboard demonstrations.
- Document business definitions, metric calculations, and dashboard usage guidelines.
- Validate dashboard accuracy and reconcile reported metrics with source systems.
