4+ years of experience delivering data analytics and data visualization solutions in an enterprise environment.
Strong Power BI development skills, including semantic/data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization.
Experience with Power BI Service administration, including workspace strategy, security roles, and deployment practices.
Strong SQL skills with experience working with data warehouses, data marts, and analytical structures.
Experience with data preparation and transformation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar tools.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
Experience communicating recommendations and risks to both technical and business stakeholders.
2+ years of external consulting experience is preferred.
Experience scaling Power BI across an enterprise is preferred.
Experience with additional platforms like Tableau, Sigma, or Snowflake is preferred.

Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams, owning planning, requirements, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and adoption for Power BI solutions.
Own the technical approach, backlog, and sequencing of work to deliver high-quality, scalable analytics solutions.
Guide day-to-day client interactions by facilitating working sessions and aligning stakeholders on priorities and risks.
Define technical quality, usability, performance, and best practices for Power BI and modern analytics architecture.
Partner with account and practice leaders to identify new use cases, extension opportunities, and accelerators.
