Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and data visualization platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Strong data visualization skills using Looker, including LookML development, dashboard creation, and advanced visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses, data marts, and analytical data models.
- Experience with data preparation tools such as Alteryx or KNIME (or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of related BI and analytics tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Omni, or dbt.
- Demonstrated data fluency and ability to communicate analytical concepts to business users.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Looker-centric analytics engagements, translating business requirements into prototypes, dashboards, and production-grade visualization solutions.
- Own client communication for workstreams, including status updates and working sessions to manage expectations and gather feedback.
- Drive the design, development, and optimization of LookML models, data structures, and SQL queries.
- Guide clients on best practices for data visualization, data preparation, and analytics architecture.
- Contribute to backlog refinement and troubleshoot/tune Looker solutions and data pipelines to improve performance and reliability.
