Requirements
- 4+ years of experience delivering data analytics and data visualization solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong Power BI development skills including semantic/data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.
- Experience with Power BI Service administration, security roles, and deployment practices.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data warehouses, data marts, and analytical data structures.
- Experience with data preparation and transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, KNIME, Matillion, Dataiku, Coalesce).
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear analytical requirements.
- Ability to communicate recommendations and risks effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams, owning planning, requirements, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and adoption for Power BI solutions.
- Own the technical approach, backlog, and sequencing of work to deliver high-quality, scalable analytics solutions.
- Guide day-to-day client interactions by facilitating working sessions, aligning stakeholders on priorities and risks, and ensuring clear status.
- Define analytics deliverable standards, reviewing solutions for technical quality, usability, performance, and best practices.
- Partner with account and practice leaders to identify new use cases, extension opportunities, and accelerators to support practice growth.
