Requirements

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in matrixed organizations.

- Ability to work independently while managing complex priorities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities

- Analyze data discrepancies and inconsistencies, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
- Apply clinical data expertise to complex scientific operations challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Provide guidance on best practices related to data governance, compliance, and risk management within clinical research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on data quality objectives and risk management processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and supporting effective clinical data management practices.
