Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting mortgage technology platforms like Loan Origination Systems or pricing engines.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on configuration and administration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including campaign management and audience segmentation.
- Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Agentforce solutions and AI-powered workflows.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of mortgage operations and regulatory compliance including TRID, LE, CD, and ATR/QM.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to company locations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and interviews to drive alignment across business units.
- Support the configuration and improvement of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and provide production support.
- Deliver end-user training and create training materials to support successful implementations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure compliance and quality standards.
