Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in information systems or business applications analysis.
- Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
- Understanding of business processes and their intersection with technology solutions.
- Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio).
- Experience supporting project management activities and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex or ambiguous situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ability to mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT and business units to identify healthcare technology opportunities.
- Analyze business objectives and processes to develop clear functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to define technical and operational needs.
- Translate business requirements into workflows, success metrics, and documentation.
- Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives regarding payer and enrollment data.
- Define campaign requirements, target populations, and data logic for outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines, risks, dependencies, and scope.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, and implementation readiness.
- Maintain effective relationships between clinical, operational, and IT teams.
- Develop project documentation, process diagrams, and knowledge-sharing materials.
