Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, operations, or a similar business support role.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiations, contracts, and service expectations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience interpreting financial information, tracking spending, and supporting forecasting activities.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to approximately 5%).
- Experience in data centers, technology environments, or security operations is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full vendor onboarding lifecycle, including due diligence and third-party risk management.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, and documentation for compliance.
- Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for security, engineering, and construction initiatives.
- Support purchase order creation, tracking, and invoice validation.
- Monitor vendor spending, budgets, and financial performance through reporting dashboards.
- Develop and track vendor performance metrics and KPIs to support operational improvements.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned vendors to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
