Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a technical, engineering, or project coordination environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments with changing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interest in learning technical concepts and communicating complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering workflows, Agile methodologies, cloud services, or software development processes.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, collaboration platforms, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and modern AI-based productivity tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, coordination, and execution across software, hardware, design, and data engineering teams.
  • Maintain project schedules, documentation, deliverable trackers, and visibility reports to ensure accurate progress monitoring.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring stakeholders have timely updates and relevant context.
  • Track project dependencies, risks, blockers, and scope changes while escalating issues proactively.
  • Participate in client meetings, internal planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives.
  • Support agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Partner with senior project leaders to strengthen delivery frameworks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, project planning activities, and future engagement readiness.
