Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience delivering marketing solutions in the pharmaceutical industry on time and on budget.
- Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with the MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing.
- Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability.
