Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing team members.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.
- Experience managing global or multi-region marketing programs.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize email marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, QlikView, or comparable solutions.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing coaching, development, and operational guidance.
- Develop and execute digital marketing automation strategies across email, web, social, and other customer engagement channels.
- Oversee global marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, lead nurturing, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create audience-focused campaigns based on segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategies.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms to build, optimize, and scale campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy, enrichment, governance, and compliance across CRM, CDP, and marketing technology systems.
- Monitor campaign performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting by campaign, audience, region, and lifecycle stage.
- Lead testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
