Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in copy approval, promotional review, regulatory affairs, medical communications, compliance, quality systems, or content governance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in healthcare.
- Experience reviewing and approving promotional, educational, or scientific materials in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of compliance audits and quality processes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content approval systems (e.g., Veeva, Aprimo) is preferred.
- Leadership experience, including coaching and team management, is preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 10–20%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop external resources through coaching and performance management.
- Manage copy approval operations to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to governance standards.
- Facilitate content review processes by coordinating reviewers and documenting decisions.
- Partner with Commercial, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Compliance, and Quality teams to improve process alignment.
- Maintain and update governance documentation, SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
- Support compliance audits, quality reviews, CAPA activities, and documentation requests.
- Develop KPI reporting and operational dashboards to identify efficiency and quality improvements.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including technology adoption and change management.
