Requirements

  • Experience with teller systems, scanning software, or banking technology solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and support banking platforms, enterprise applications, and related software tools.
  • Understanding of technical concepts related to application installation and support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and common software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for branch banking applications, including reporting solutions, account opening workflows, and document management systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer requests by gathering relevant information, identifying root causes, and delivering appropriate solutions.
  • Log, track, and document service requests, actions taken, and resolutions within customer management systems.
  • Maintain service request queues and ensure communication meets established service-level expectations.
  • Identify recurring issues and trends, providing recommendations to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Support software releases, system updates, and implementation activities for branch banking products.
  • Participate in banking conversion, merger, acquisition, and strategic improvement projects as needed.
  • Continue developing product expertise through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
