Requirements

- Experience with teller systems, scanning software, or banking technology solutions is a plus.
- Ability to learn and support banking platforms, enterprise applications, and related software tools.
- Understanding of technical concepts related to application installation and support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a changing environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and common software applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for branch banking applications, including reporting solutions, account opening workflows, and document management systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Analyze customer requests by gathering relevant information, identifying root causes, and delivering appropriate solutions.
- Log, track, and document service requests, actions taken, and resolutions within customer management systems.
- Maintain service request queues and ensure communication meets established service-level expectations.
- Identify recurring issues and trends, providing recommendations to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Support software releases, system updates, and implementation activities for branch banking products.
- Participate in banking conversion, merger, acquisition, and strategic improvement projects as needed.
- Continue developing product expertise through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
