Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior leader managing both Product and Engineering.
- Deep background in B2B SaaS, ideally within vertical software markets.
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute on product vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
- Strong technical leadership experience, specifically in architecture, strategy, and team growth.
- Credible expertise in leading and managing engineering organizations.
- Proven track record of taking complex, feature-rich products and enhancing their architecture for scale.
- Clear point of view on implementing AI within a product and engineering organization.
- Experience aligning product development tightly with go-to-market and customer profile strategies.
- Ability to provide leadership and direction in founder-led organizational environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and prioritization end-to-end.
- Arbitrate product direction and priority across the organization in collaboration with the CEO.
- Manage the engineering organization, including structure, delivery standards, quality assurance, and growth.
- Align product strategy with go-to-market efforts and the ideal customer profile.
- Lead technical strategy and architecture to ensure a coherent, secure, and scalable platform.
- Translate the roadmap into shippable software at a predictable and reliable pace.
- Integrate an AI-centric approach into the product and engineering processes with clear business models.
