- Proven ability to weigh consumer growth priorities against B2B/schools priorities.
- Experience defining process and roadmap structure from scratch in a fast-moving startup.
- Fluency with tools such as Linear, Figma, PostHog, or Mixpanel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own core metrics including engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Partner daily with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship features.
- Develop roadmap processes and structures as the organization scales beyond founder-led prioritization.
- Drive product strategy and execution across multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Communicate product strategy and thinking clearly to founders, engineers, and stakeholders across two business lines.
