Requirements
- 8+ years of fintech-specific growth or performance marketing experience.
- 3+ years of team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong understanding of the fintech product development cycle (Cash Advance, Credit Building, Lending).
- Expertise in performance marketing strategy including Google Ads, Meta, and CTV.
- High proficiency in data modeling and analysis.
- Proven experience in ROAS forecasting and management.
- Account management experience is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the F&E vertical growth strategy to acquire and retain customers.
- Manage a multi-million dollar vertical marketing budget and set annual/quarterly targets.
- Oversee channel performance across Google Ads, Meta, CTV, DSPs, and Affiliates.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on cross-functional projects to boost program quality and revenue.
- Develop and execute tactics to increase Super+ membership retention.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve business KPIs and career goals.
